From the start of this relationship we have met up regularly to discuss our plan of action, preferred method of communication and reporting. This has ensured that when our client has changed, we have changed with them, adapting to changes internally and externally.

Roles filled: Over 200 contract and permanent placements

Types of roles: Design office and site based roles including mechanical & piping, EC&I, process, technical & occupational safety, project engineering & management and project controls – costing, planning, procurement, document control and administration.

Case Study 2

Sector: Oil & Gas

Duration: Over 9 years

Type: Preferred supplier

This contract started by winning a tender process over consecutive terms. We have since built up a long lasting relationship through personal service, value for money and expertise, offering a bespoke solution, and close account management.

Roles filled: Over 300 contract and permanent placements

Types of roles: Well Engineering, Drilling, EHS, Supply Chain, Subsea Engineering, Discipline Engineering, Operations & Maintenance, Contracts & Procurement, Finance, IT and HR.

Case Study 3

Sector: Energy from Waste

Duration: 2009 to early 2015 when the project was complete

Type: Sole Supply

The key to this project was our engagement with key stakeholders, helping them to understand the market place. We provided HR training on employment law and carried out psychometric testing to assist in their hiring process. Using our existing database and arranging specific recruitment events we were able to fully deliver for our client.

Roles filled: 120 contractors and fixed term placements

Types of roles: HSE, construction, mechanical, welding, piping, process and electrical.
