In order to support our candidates’ aspirations and our clients’ resourcing needs we require a database of candidate and client personal data containing historical information as well as current resourcing requirements.

To maintain, expand and develop our business we need to record the personal data of prospective candidates and client contacts.

In addition, appropriate data will be sent to our appointed pension provider on your behalf. You may also nominate an umbrella or accountancy company to pay you and in such cases we will provide relevant data to them, on your behalf, for payment purposes.

If you have a limited company we may, with your consent, share relevant information with our preferred insurance provider to ensure that the limited company has in place valid and appropriate insurance.

We will also share relevant data with clients who may conduct a compliance audit of our on-boarding activities from time to time to ensure we are collecting appropriate documentation such as passports.

However if you wish you can opt-out or unsubscribe from our surveys or emails at any time by using the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the survey email you have been sent.
