The Company
Our client is a well-respected, global blue chip business, currently expanding their market leading training academy. They deliver critical training to a wide range of clients and industries, such as defence (MOD), civil, aviation/aerospace, nuclear, power generation and others.
The Position
The focus of the role is to deliver high quality, engaging and vibrant training, while also being instrumental in the creation and review of training material. This is a very dynamic and varied position, suitable for a proactive type of person. Progression opportunities are excellent, they will continue to expand for the foreseeable future.
Candidate Requirements
- A relevant qualification or level of training pertinent to a safety or defence based Trainer position such as one of the following: CTTLLS, PTLLS, AET (Award in Education & Training), DSAT (Defence Systems Approach to Training) or ADDIE.
- Located commutable to Bristol: Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cirencester, Swindon, Chippenham, Bath, Glastonbury, Weston-Super-Mare etc.
- Flexible to travel on occasion with overnight stays
