Minimum of 2 years' Service Desk experience
Technical skills and experience of supporting the following areas at first line level:
Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016
Understanding of networking concepts and technologies
Microsoft, or other relevant vendor certifications an advantage
Experience of working within a structured service delivery framework desirable
You will be joining a team of four other 1st line analysts and two 2nd line analysts.
Will require some travel to the Chesham site, however all expenses between sites will be paid.
