We are currently looking for two 1st Line Support Technicians to work with our client in Fareham, Hampshire on an initial 3 month contract basis.

You will be working within the central helpdesk team of a busy IT and Customer Services Department, you will be providing general telephone support including 1st Line Support (Hardware & Software). 

Responsibilities will include providing a high level of Customer Services including call logging/ basic trouble-shooting, remote fixes and escalating more complex issues to the 2nd line support team. Call numbers are around 35 per day with a 60% first time fix rate.

This is an ideal position for someone who has come from either an IT support background or has an IT qualification who is looking to progress their career within an IT environment. For this role you will need to have basic computer/ IT skills but full training will be provided on the IT systems. 

Shift pattern - Monday to Friday (between the hours of 07:30 - 21:00) and 1 in 2 Saturdays and Sundays (37.5 hours per week).
