I am looking for a Payroll Specialist on behalf of my client in Epsom.
" To ensure all day to day processing, input of all instructions/changes via HR, Pensions, HMRC etc. is handled in a timely manner and within specified internal and external deadlines
" To ensure all payment deadlines, legislative and corporate are met across all payrolls
" To produce manual calculations when required, such as overpayments, net to gross, pension contributions due to maternity/paternity etc.
" To solve any issues and ensure the correct payment will be processed in the relevant payroll for the relevant employee
" To ensure you maintain a current understanding of all legislative and corporate requirements
" Assisting HR with all payment related issues, providing guidance and support on all matters.
" To produce , seal and distribute payslips
" To ensure all records (hard and soft) are held and maintained in an orderly and accessible fashion
" To assist all employees with payroll and payment related matters
" Liaising with HMRC and other key external contacts
" BACS processing via Webseries
" To balance the interfaced data between the systems, to ensure integrity of data and to liaise closely with the relevant systems teams where there are related issues
