12 Month Contract

Job Description:
• Within banking department. Front line staff talking to our members. Could be mobile or online banking telephone banking. All current account queries. Money transfer, visa disputes queries anything to do with current account.
• Have to be able to authenticate and understand the vast queries they can come across and how important it is to be reactive in this fast paced environment
• Contact centre role answering inbound calls
• IT SKILLS using multi screens
• Completing authentication process for compliance
• Dealing with customer queries
• High volume inbound calls

Essential Skills:
• PC literate knowledge
• Must be able to use a keyboard
• Must be agile, digitally minded and quick thinker and can react quickly to customer queries as they won't know what the query is before they are put through.
• Willingness and want to learn- this is not just a job want someone career minded
• Confident and conversational someone who can converse and build rapport with customer
