Client Service Advisor

Our client are currently recruiting for a Client Service Advisor on the Sheffield area on a 3 month contract.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide the team's clients with high quality service and support in the administration and placement of their various insurance programmes.

• Efficient delivery of all client facing transactional service activities
• Pro-actively assisting in the day to day running of Client's risk and insurance programmes
• Ensuring that the output from outsourced activities achieves the required quality levels in accordance with the clients' expectations
• Preparation of renewal underwriting submissions
• Responsibility for compliant issuance of renewal report, policy documentation and all other client documentation
• Supporting the delivery and co-ordination of global service through Aon's overseas network of offices
• Contribute pro-actively to client satisfaction, retention and profitability as determined by the Client Manager/Director
• Adhering to business processes, systems and procedures
• Being aware of regulatory requirements and comply with them

Desired Criteria
• A detailed technical understanding of financial lines insurance products
• A knowledge and awareness of the insurance industry and how it is structured
• Experience of having worked efficiently within a structured team environment
• An ability to use your own initiative and learn from your mistakes
• The capability to use standard office software packages to a high standard
