My Journey So Far at First Recruitment Group

In just a couple of months, I’ve gone from knowing very little about recruitment to feeling confident using new systems, speaking with candidates, and understanding the full process. The trainee programme at FRG is structured, supportive, and a great stepping stone for anyone new to the industry. I’m proud of how far I’ve come – and I’m excited for what’s still to come.
