  • Operations Support – This role involved working to cover reception as well as a range of administration activities. This can involve tasks from updating the database with client information, compliance such as ID and Reference checks, and filing, scanning and photocopying.
  • Payroll, Accounts, Credit Control and Compliance - The roles in the Accounts Department comprise of working within a team who deal with the financial aspects of the business. Working in this department is very fast paced so you must be able to work to tight deadlines and have excellent computer skills.
  • Marketing – Working in marketing can cover everything from online and offline activities, events, promotions and brand, making sure communication is consistent, effectively engaging the client and candidate.
  • Tenders - Tenders is extremely fast paced bringing in new contracts by completing registrations, questionnaires, RFI’s, RFP’s and presentations and general business development support.
  • IT – Our IT department covers everything from technical support of the business to development of the whole internal technology system.
  • HR – The HR department works to support staff and the business function by focusing on people development and training.
