Leading our Asia Pacific recruitment team
At the head our Asia Pacific recruitment activity is Operations Director - Simon Calvert.
Simon has over 20 years’ experience in providing recruitment services and international business development strategies across the Oil & Gas industry, working with EPCs, Operators and Service businesses.
His expertise stretches across the full life cycle of Oil & Gas activity, helping clients to find solutions in recruitment management, international business development, company start-ups, corporate strategy, team leadership, financial management and service delivery.
In-country offices provide local knowledge and compliance
Our in-country teams provide local knowledge, compliance and onboarding ensuring our clients receive excellent service and peace of mind that the whole process is managed from start to finish.
With our specific offices in Singapore and Thailand, we provide stability, enabling us to take on full operational responsibility for arranging payroll, visas, work permits, taxes, local support and of course manpower.
Our experience includes Greenfield and Brownfield developments, including refineries, gas plants, petrochemical plants, offshore platforms, FPSO's and LNG terminals.
Singapore recruitment team
Based in the ‘undisputed oil hub’ of Asia, within the Jurong Island business district, our recruitment team at First Technical Singapore Pte Ltd handle complex hiring requirements for our Oil & Gas clients within Singapore and across the Asia Pacific region.
Led by Simon Calvert, our Singapore team provides local knowledge and expertise, allowing us to closely support clients activity across a wide range of clients type that range from Oil and Gas Operators, EPC's, Service Companies and Specialist Consultancies.
