    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Project HSE Manager to join the ENI Liverpool Bay decommissioning and carbon capture project. Reporting to both the QHSE Manager and the Project Director, you will lead and develop a growing HSE team (currently 12 resources) and play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management across all phases of this landmark project.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, manage, and continuously improve the Project HSE Management System in line with Company, IOGP, and ISO standards.

    • Act as the HSE focal point for the project, managing all HSE issues and liaising with clients.

    • Lead, mentor, and expand the HSE team as the project progresses.

    • Provide expert HSE support and advice to project management.

    • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and UK legislation.

    • Collaborate with the environmental management team.

    • Lead incident/accident investigations and oversee corrective actions.

    • Establish and implement HSE monitoring, audits, and reviews.

    • Drive risk management processes (HAZOP, HAZID, risk assessments, etc.).

    • Manage subcontractor HSE compliance.

    • Ensure thorough HSE project close-out reporting.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Minimum 10+ years in HSE, including 3+ years in an HSE Manager role. Prior exposure to IOGP standards is highly desirable.

    • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent).

    • Ideally Tech IOSH or above, plus ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.

    • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    Overview:
    We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join an established onshore oil and gas facility. This role will lead the electrical discipline in scoping and delivering CAPEX and OPEX modifications, while ensuring technical integrity, compliance, and operational excellence. The position also serves as back-up to the Senior Site Electrical Support Engineer, providing technical guidance and oversight for electrical engineering activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead electrical engineering elements of CAPEX and OPEX projects as per annual plans.

    • Provide electrical engineering support to projects led by other disciplines.

    • Perform standard electrical calculations, checks, and reviews.

    • Participate in HAZOP and LOPA studies.

    • Ensure compliance with internal engineering standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

    • Conduct peer reviews and provide electrical input for Management of Change (MOC) risk assessments.

    • Lead or support incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

    • Mentor and manage graduate engineers as part of a structured development programme.

    • Support ISO14001 and ISO45001 audit compliance activities.

    • Act as electrical discipline lead in the absence of the Senior Site Electrical Support Engineer.

    • Approve updates to electrical engineering drawings and operational risk assessments.

    • Manage high-value critical spares and support maintenance/reliability strategy improvements.

    • Contribute to ATEX compliance management and regulatory discussions.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

    • Chartered Engineer (or equivalent) status.

    • Extensive experience in project execution, modification works, and plant operations.

    • Strong understanding of HV networks, including fault levels and load flow analysis.

    • Proven knowledge of electrical discipline industry standards.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence priorities and provide technical direction.

    • Commitment to high safety and environmental standards.

    • Ability to deliver innovative, practical engineering solutions.

    • Hands-on experience with telecom systems engineering for onshore installations.

    • Familiarity with Middle East oil and gas projects is essential.

    • Previous experience working on large-scale international projects preferred.
