Our Client has a requirement for a Senior EC&I Engineer, who will be required to work on a 12 month contract basis, in Warrington.

 

Job Description:

  • Senior EC&I Engineer reporting to the Substantiation Lead Engineer.
  • Responsible for the development/authoring of the Design Justification Reports to provide the design substantiation of the CE&I SSCs identified within the engineering schedule.
  • Providing support to Area design teams where required.
  • Will be responsible for production of documentation as well as checking the work of other engineers & designers.

 

Essential Skills / Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified or demonstrable equivalent underpinning knowledge & understanding.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of working within a highly regulated industry.
  • Experience in safety system designs and the implementation of ES_2190 and IEC 61508.
  • Development/authoring of CE&I design justification reports.
  • Detailed CE&I design of mechanical handling plant and equipment.
  • Experience of Sellafield Ltd or other nuclear projects is preferred.

 

BPSS Security Clearance Will Be Required.
