Senior Design Manager  Maple Lodge / London Permanent

Looking to lead major water infrastructure projects with long-term investment and secure project pipelines?

I'm working with several leading organisations within the UK water sector who are looking for an experienced Senior Design Manager to oversee the design of water and wastewater projects in the Thames region.

What you'll be doing • Managing the full design cycle of water and wastewater projects • Leading multidisciplinary teams across design with ergular communication with site teams • Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships • Managing project budgets, programmes, risks and commercial performance • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget  • Driving quality, compliance and operational excellence across projects

What we're looking for • Proven experience delivering projects within the water sector  • Experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams • Good understanding of NEC contracts and project governance • Project Management qualification (APM PMQ or equivalent preferred) • Degree or qualification in Engineering + Chartered • Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
