Best Recruitment Company to Work for We are delighted to announce that First Recruitment Group were shortlisted at this years Recruitment International Awards 2016, in the category of Best Recruitment Company to Work for £40-100 million.

These awards are unique in that you can only enter if you have been listed in the Recruitment International Top 500 Companies, of which First reached number 63. Over the course of the evening a total of 15 awards were presented, recognising contributions to innovation in recruitment.

Ken Meaney, Operations Director, attended the awards and said, “It was great to find out that we had been shortlisted, and afterwards we were told that we were only 2 points away from the winner of the award. We have worked hard over the past 18 months to overhaul our internal benefits, culture, training and development to ensure our staff feel more engaged and it’s terrific to be recognised for that. Hopefully next year we will take it one step further and win.”

The evening also raised a massive £3000 for the charity LinkAble which will go towards short break holidays for Woking-based children with learning disabilities.
