First Win Best Recruitment Agency to Work For 2018

01 Nov 2018

We are delighted to announce that First Recruitment Group has been named as Best Recruitment Agency to Work For (medium 50-99 employees) at the Recruiter’s Investing in Talent Awards 2018. The glittering awards ceremony took place last night at The Brewery, London showcasing the best of the recruitment industry.

Client Development Director, Lewis Trow, and Business Group Director, Nick Catterall attended the ceremony to accept the award, with Lewis commenting, "We have worked hard as a management team to make improvements to our internal culture, ensuring we invest in our staff and make First a great place to work. It’s fantastic to be recognised for this work through the award. Safe to say both me and Nick were very proud to accept the award on behalf of the company as you can probably tell from our acceptance video.”

The Recruiter Awards looked at a variety of criteria in deciding the winner, including how effective our work environment, incentives, benefits, professional development / training, internal communications, ‘best practice’-orientated management, inclusion, and social responsibility activity, were. We also had to provide evidence of financial stability, profitability, innovation, workforce diversity, and career development opportunity for all.

We would like to thank the whole First team for their efforts and hard work that have led to First being awarded Best Recruitment Agency to Work For and appreciate that this is only a reflection of the work everyone does day after day. Thank you team, and congratulations!
