First Recruitment Group have experienced huge growth since they began trading in 1997 with a turnover exceeding £100m. The company, currently based at Birchwood Park, has recently purchased a new office at Birchwood Boulevard which it aims to move to in September 2013.

Director, Stephen Farthing, commented,

“We were approaching full capacity at our current office so instead of expanding at the current business park we took the opportunity to look for a large office for sale in the surrounding area. We came across a 20,000 sq ft building on Birchwood Boulevard that needed a lot of work but we saw it as the perfect opportunity to re-design and put our own stamp on it. The building will be air conditioned and we have also included a ‘break out’ area including a café and a leisure area with a large state of the art gym. Car parking is a major headache at the current offices and the new building has capacity for around 100 vehicles which I know the staff are delighted about! The building will be a wonderful working environment as we continue our growth and a place that we can all be very proud to be associated with.”
