A bit about me

I joined First Group back in 2009. My role is to work closely with the Senior Management Team and Senior Leadership Team to provide strategic and operational support to build culture, capability and employee engagement to drive business results.

I am responsible for the full people agenda including learning and development, employee engagement, talent acquisition and internal communications to ensure organisational effectiveness.
