Our Client has a requirement for a Nuclear Commissioning Manager, who will be required to work on a 12 month contract basis. This requirement will be remote working with site visits in Derby.


Job Purpose:

This role will involve supporting the commissioning function by delivering capability improvements within the procedural arrangements and developing the competency of the commissioning teams.


Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

  • Experience of commissioning activities in the Nuclear Industry including LC21 commissioning arrangements.
  • Experience of developing and implementing commissioning strategies and building high performing teams to deliver.
  • Experience of developing, updating and maintaining procedures, Work Instructions and forms to facilitate the required activities.
  • Demonstrable experience dealing with high profile stakeholders including Internal Business Units and regulatory bodies.
  • Coaching and supporting commissioning team members.
  • Development of personnel into Commissioning Manager roles.
  • Development of training requirements, competency profiles and SQEP assessments.
