At the forefront of their industry, the business is renowned for continuously developing new high tech equipment to fit market and customer requirements. Due to growth my client is now looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join their team.
The Role: Customer Support Administrator
The Customer Service Administrator will be the primary customer contact. They will also have the following responsibilities:
- Respond to any customer enquiries
- Providing quotes and schedules to customers and engineers
- Resolving any customer complaints
- Liaising with different departments e.g. Service Coordinator, Engineers
- Sales Administrator duties
- Raising calls using SAP and ensuring outlook calendar is kept up to date
- Ensuring all visit reports are completed by engineers
The Candidate: Customer Support Administrator:
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who has the ability to maintain positive relationships with peers. They will also have the following:
- Experience within a customer service telephone role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Problem solving and collaboration skills to maintain customer complaints are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure and in a timely manner
- To be commutable to the office, you will live in or near one of the following locations: Lewes, Eastbourne, Brighton, Bexhill, Uckfield, Hailsham
