Our Client seeks a Principal and Senior EC&I Engineer to join on a contract basis in Warrington and other various locations across the UK

Role Purpose:

The Principal EC&I Engineer will provide leadership in delivering engineering and technical activities, ensuring adherence to processes, domain knowledge, and stakeholder requirements.

Job Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage multi-discipline teams for efficient engineering work delivery.
  • Supervise engineers/technical specialists and foster cross-functional cooperation.
  • Liaise with customers to address technical issues and ensure project progress understanding.
  • Oversee technical output and ensure compliance with agreed scopes and standards.
  • Uphold Health & Safety standards and promote team cooperation for ethical practices.

Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

  • Essential: Engineering degree, Chartered Engineer status, extensive experience in managing analysis teams, excellent communication skills.
  • Desirable: Membership in relevant institutes, experience in end-to-end project management, broad commercial or defense project experience.
