Job Title: BIM Manager

Location: AWE site (hybrid) 1/2 days per week on site

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

About Us:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated BIM Manager to join our forward-thinking team, specializing in AWE projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop BIM Execution Plans based on client information requirements.
  • Lead clash detection, model reviews, and asset data checking.
  • Ensure ISO 19650 compliance and international BIM standards.
  • Manage a diverse team, providing mentorship and support.
  • Oversee the common data environment for efficient document and model management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior/Principal BIM Technician or Coordinator.
  • Familiarity with Solibri and Navisworks.
  • Strong communication skills and team management experience.

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Conduct model reviews, chair BIM meetings, and communicate findings.
  • Manage the common data environment (Meridian) for document control.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM standards and update the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Oversee clash detection, data checking, and workflow enhancements.
