Offshore Wind Farm Project

Our Client has a requirement for a QA/QC Inspector who will be required to work on a 12 Month+ Contract based in Stord, Norway.

Responsibilities include:

  • As the QA/QC Inspectoryou will provide independent inspection and quality control services relating to new equipment in manufacture, fabrication, and construction.
  • Equipment includes pressure / piping equipment and other mechanical / electrical items manufactured and installed to conventional codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Review of fabrication / manufacturing documentation within delegated authority levels in terms of quality plans, ITP’s fabrication / manufacturing procedures, welding procedures, NDE procedures, compilation, and review of LTQRs.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external Customers.
  • An experienced QA.QC Inspector, ideally min 10yrs background in equipment inspections (including NDT & material control)
  • Sound understanding in Materials, Welding and NDE techniques.
  • Ideally previous experience of working on Offshore Wind Farm projects or Offshore Oil & Gas Projects
