My Client has a requirement for a Senior EC&I Engineer who will be responsible for the delivery of EC&I design and engineering for area systems at their offices in Warrington

Role Purpose of the EC&I Engineer :

The Senior EC&I Engineer will lead the EC&I design and engineering efforts, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. They will oversee the production of design documentation and provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Role Responsibilities of the EC&I Engineer:

Lead the delivery of EC&I design and engineering for area systems.
Generate design documentation and ensure its accuracy and compliance with standards.
Oversee and review the work of other engineers and designers.
Provide technical input and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay updated on relevant standards, regulations, legislation, and technical advancements.
Preferably, contribute nuclear industry expertise, especially experience with Sellafield Ltd projects.

Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent demonstrated knowledge and understanding.
Extensive experience in design within a highly regulated industry.
Proven ability to provide technical input and deliver technical outputs.
Preferably, prior experience in the nuclear sector, with a focus on Sellafield Ltd projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Familiarity with software commonly used in EC&I disciplines, including AMTECH and AVEVA Electrical and Instrumentation packages, is advantageous.
