Role
Job Purpose
To lead and support successful project execution in alignment with business needs. This role requires close collaboration across departments to ensure critical projects are effectively planned, progressed, and delivered on time. The primary focus is on delivery readiness, on-time release, manufacturing performance, and operational optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor deliverables across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure project schedules are maintained.
- Provide regular internal and external delivery updates; compile and present communication packs.
- Collaborate with delivery, planning, and execution teams to track progress and initiate corrective actions to mitigate risk and ensure on-time delivery.
- Support engineering teams by assessing manufacturing readiness and efficiency; contribute to scheduling strategies for new projects to position the business for success.
- Develop and maintain best practices for engineering deliverables throughout product delivery.
- Analyze departmental workflows and suggest improvements to enhance cross-functional collaboration.
- Conduct data analysis to support informed business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Experience and Qualifications
- Currently studying towards or holding a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical field, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Prior exposure to technical project environments is desirable
