Are you an experienced Project Engineering Professional looking to contribute to some of the UK’s most exciting and critical energy projects?

Our client – a global engineering organisation with a strong presence in the nuclear and energy sectors – is seeking a talented Project Engineer to join their dynamic team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation focused on innovation, collaboration, and safety, with real purpose at the core of their work.

We are recruiting on behalf of this client for a Project Engineer position, providing long-term opportunities for career development across a wide range of nuclear new-build and operational programmes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll work closely with commissioning and asset management teams to improve the efficiency and quality of deliverables. Responsibilities include:

  • Writing and specifying commissioning work order cards.

  • Liaising with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and open points.

  • Supporting the development of operational routine maintenance programmes.

  • Contributing to the design and implementation of Asset Management systems.

  • Assisting in the creation of standards and procedures.

  • Driving continuous improvement in Work Management and Planning processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree or HNC/HND in engineering or science (or equivalent).

  • Experience using asset management systems, data tools, and Microsoft applications.

  • Proven ability to write and apply maintenance instructions in regulated industrial environments.

  • Familiarity with risk assessments.

  • Working knowledge of engineering documents including Maintenance Manuals and Engineering Drawings.
