Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Talacre, North Wales
Contract Type: 12-Month Contract (with potential for extension)
IR35 Status: Inside IR35 – Day Rate
Project: ENI Liverpool Bay Project – Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage
Purpose of the Role:
As the HR Officer, you will provide vital support to the HR Project Coordinator and play an integral role in the success of the ENI Liverpool Bay Project. You will be responsible for coordinating HR back-office operations and general services, helping ensure the efficient execution of HR processes and maintaining accurate and compliant employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise general services on the project site, including cleaning, maintenance, reception, security, internal logistics, and accommodation.
- Manage external supplier relationships, including contract monitoring, service level tracking, and deadline oversight.
- Update and maintain the HR Scheduling in line with the current mobilization plan.
- Organize office space and workstations for new joiners and departing staff.
- Act as a point of contact with the client on behalf of the Project Management Team for HR-related contractual matters, including submission of CVs and Personnel Assignment Authorization Forms (PAAF), in coordination with the Project Control Department.
- Maintain both digital and physical employee records (contracts, payslips, certificates, and compliance documents) in accordance with document management processes and GDPR.
- Manage internal office support requests (supplies, equipment, IT needs) in collaboration with procurement and IT departments.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
- 3–5 years in an HR support or administrative coordination role, ideally within a project-based environment
- Previous involvement with general services coordination is desirable
Education:
- CIPD Level 3 or above, or a university degree in a relevant field
Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of GDPR and employee document handling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with digital archiving systems
Attributes:
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a wider project team
