Role
Overview
Responsible for the day-to-day management of office facilities across multiple locations, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and a positive workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including supplies, maintenance, reception, and vendor services.
- Act as the main contact for building management, landlords, and service providers.
- Handle invoices, purchase requests, and budget tracking.
- Communicate facility updates and resolve workplace issues.
- Support health, safety, security, and environmental compliance.
- Assist with IT, HR processes (including onboarding/offboarding), and business continuity.
- Oversee office cleanliness, functionality, and space utilization reporting.
- Manage mail, courier services, and document archiving.
- Support sustainability initiatives and reporting.
- Coordinate office moves, changes, and small projects.
- Maintain accurate facilities data and records.
Additional Information
- Office-based role with regular on-site attendance across two locations
- May involve light physical activity (lifting, moving, walking, etc.)
