We're recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial activities across major projects and bids within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial strategy and provide guidance to project and bid teams.
- Manage contract compliance, governance, and commercial risk.
- Support high-value bids and complex contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Act as the escalation point for complex commercial issues.
- Contribute to budget management, reporting, and business performance.
- Lead and develop commercial team members.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Law, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experience.
- Significant commercial management experience on large, complex projects.
- Extensive working knowledge of NEC4, ideally including the Professional Services Contract (PSC).
- Strong background in contract management, commercial strategy, and risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
