Electronic Design Engineer
Electronic Engineer/ Design Engineer supporting obsolescence management on older electronic products and components and also providing support for development of new products as well. The right candidate will have a history as an electronic engineer/design engineer and be experienced enough now from that design experience to fault find and diagnose issues with equipment and design a solution.
The right candidate needs to understand AC/analogue type power products The individual does not need to be graduate qualified, but qualified by experience and a clear electronic engineering background.
This is not a hands on aircraft technician role, the right candidate will need design office/development experience as well moving into a diagnostics phase of career.
Key criteria: -
- Avionics hardware development experience_
- Use of obsolescence management tools & fault diagnostics e.g. Silicon__
- Legacy/product support within Avionics__
- Analogue & Digital Power experience__
- CADStar PCB design, LT spice simulation or equivalent tools_
