Job Outline:
• This position provides a great opportunity for contribution to a dynamic Supply Chain team within cross-functional environment.  You will have the opportunity to work with different stakeholders, across different functions in a new implemented direct-to-pharmacy distribution model.
• You will have plenty opportunities for professional growth and career development in one of the biggest and fastest growing pharma companies. You will get great exposure to Business Units and other functions and manage a range of improvement projects.

Key responsibilities
Act as business partner for defined Business Unit:
• Represent the supply Chain function to the BU, draw on expertise from others and escalate to Head of Supply Chain where necessary to ensure BU objectives are met;
• Develop a deep understanding of products strategy and key business objectives and ensure supply chain plans are aligned to support this

Lead S&OP Process:
• Develop and implement the S&OP process
• Build tools, reports and metrics that optimise supply chain performance
Manage relationships with supply sites:
• Translate sales ambition of the BU into clear production and delivery plans for the supply sites. Build close working relationships with site supply chain teams.
• Establish, monitor and optimise Service Level Agreements for all channels of supply in UK & Ireland
Optimise supply chain performance:
• Ensure global and local supply chain KPI's are met and continuously improved

What background did they have?
• 5-7 years of experience in Supply
• SAP knowledge
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and to influence at a senior management level
• Strong capability in developing and improving Supply chain processes and systems as well as using tools such as Microsoft, Data Warehouse, forecasting and supply planning software
• Very good knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning and Master Production Scheduling
• Excellent communication, organisational skills, analytical and problem solving skills, able to develop, understand and act to improve business KPI's
• Educated to Degree level or equivalent professional qualification
