At least 4 Offshore Project Engineers/ Field Engineers are required to work for a large offshore installation contractor who are based in Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey.

The roles will initially be office based (3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week from home) and will then become a 28/28 rotational role until the end of September.

As the Offshore Project Engineer/ Field Engineer, you will be required to have experience of working offshore on installation projects and have a valid BOSIET (with CA-EBS), offshore medical and full GWO. If you dont currently have the required tickets but are willing to obtain these tickets then this can also be considered.

Requirements
As the Offshore Project Engineer/ Field Engineer, you willprovide on-site engineering services to the Project Manager or Offshore Construction Superintendent to assist in the achievement of project objectives, according to the plan / procedures developed by the engineering project team

Tasks:
The Engineer executes the activities within his area of responsibility, ensuring the compliance with the QA/QC and HSE requirements.

Tasks include:
▪ Perform all tasks assigned by the Offshore Construction Superintendent, in direct contact with the Offshore Construction Assistant, the master and the chief engineer
▪ Monitor construction/installation etc. progress to ensure acceptable quality of vessels operations
▪ As the Offshore Project Engineer/ Field Engineer, you willperform methods of installation when required in offices
▪ Perform maintenance methods when required in the offices
▪ Utilise the electronic daily progress report to monitor and record the actual vs planned activities
▪ As the Offshore Project Engineer/ Field Engineer, you willverify sub-contractors performance and assess their operation performance
▪ Liaise with the project personnel and on board responsibilities to ensure smooth job preparation and field operations
▪ As the Offshore Project Engineer/ Field Engineer, you willperform yard activities supervision for the offshore construction
▪ Liaise with asset management for the contract monitoring of the assets
▪ Ensure the application of project engineering in the construction activities
▪ As the Offshore Project Engineer/ Field Engineer, you willliaise with Client technical representative for all engineering matters
▪ Perform all possible technical verifications on field
