About the Role:

We are a global leader in engineering, construction, and project management, is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our team for a key project for AWE

This role offers a hybrid working model, combining on-site presence with remote work, ensuring flexibility while maintaining the hands-on oversight required for project success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Collaborate with project management, engineering, and construction teams to align schedules with project requirements.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on project progress, identifying any potential risks or delays.
  • Implement and manage effective planning systems and tools.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and practices.
  • Work closely with subcontractors to integrate their schedules into the overall project plan.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Planning Engineer on large-scale construction or engineering projects.
  • Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, from design through to construction and handover.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Experience working on high-security or government projects is highly desirable.
  • Ability to obtain SC Clearance (existing clearance is an advantage).
