Schedule: 2 days per week

We are currently seeking an experienced Blade Inspector to support a long-term offshore wind project based in Hull. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to a leading renewable energy initiative while benefiting from a flexible, part-time schedule.
Role Overview:
As a Blade Inspector, you will be responsible for the inspection and assessment of wind turbine blades, ensuring they meet strict safety and performance standards. The role involves regular site visits and detailed reporting on the condition and integrity of turbine blades used in offshore installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of wind turbine blades, both onshore and offshore as required
- Identify and document any damage, wear, or structural issues
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and recommend appropriate remedial actions
- Collaborate with site managers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Adhere to industry regulations, safety protocols, and project-specific requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on offshore wind projects is essential
- Strong background in wind turbine blade inspection, maintenance, or repair
- Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable (e.g. GWO, IRATA, Blade B/C level)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Full right to work in the UK – sponsorship is not available for this role
