Contract Type: International (expatriate) assignment – Fixed-term, 28/28 rotational contract

Overview
The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating preventive and corrective electrical maintenance activities in the field, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational reliability.
This position requires close coordination with production teams to ensure that all maintenance operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards and environmental expectations.
Role Purpose
To manage and oversee all electrical maintenance operations, ensuring optimal equipment performance, reliability, and availability through the effective execution of maintenance programs and adherence to engineering best practices.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise all electrical maintenance work executed by contractors and in-house teams.
- Ensure that maintenance, reliability, and operational performance targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with production to plan and execute maintenance activities safely and efficiently.
- Maintain control over the availability of spare parts and critical equipment.
- Approve work feedback, update, and close out work orders within the maintenance system.
- Drive a strong safety culture by promoting compliance with company HSE policies, standards, and procedures.
- Ensure that all electrical activities comply with regulatory requirements, electrical security rules, and safe work practices.
- Support and coach maintenance teams to achieve technical and safety excellence.
Required Skills and Experience
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
- Extensive background in electrical operations and maintenance within the oil & gas or energy sector.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory capacity, managing teams in maintenance or field operations.
- Expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of troubleshooting techniques and root-cause analysis.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS), predictive maintenance tools, and maintenance policies.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical safety systems, including HV/LV equipment, isolation, earthing, and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
- Strong understanding of international and local electrical codes, health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Skilled in managing documentation, maintenance records, and reporting processes.
- Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
