Electrical and Instrumentation Designer

Proposed Responsibilities as an Electrical and Instrumentation Designer: 
• 3D Modelling experience is essential, SmartPlant preferred.
• 2D AutoCAD experience is essential
• Knowledge of SPI and SPEL preferred but not essential
• AMTECH experience preferred but not essential
• Experience of Mining and Minerals projects would be an advantage
• Identify and manage change
• Experience of working on fixed price EPC contracts would be an advantage         

Qualifications Needed as an Electrical and Instrumentation Designer:  
• Educational Professional Qualifications Required   
• Able to work without direct supervision
• 5 to 10 years' experience minimum
• HND/HNC in relevant subject preferred, however, experience will be assessed on a case by case basis  

Typical Deliverables:
• Layouts
• Schedules
• Loop and termination diagrams
• SLD's
• Hook-up Diagrams
• Schematics
